Bridgestone VT-Combine tyre

VT-Combine tyre

Large footprint for better productivity

Main features

Traction

Very high level of traction

  • Very large footprint for transmitted traction to the ground The VT-COMBINE tyre has a lug contact area 22% greater than a standard tyre*.
  • “Involute" lug design to increase traction and limit soil disturbance at the lug exit.
* Internal Bridgestone test on 900/60R32 - Tyre load: 13.175 kg - Field conditions: 15 km/h in cyclic application - Inflation pressure: 2.4 bar.

Pressure

Working at pressure up to 1.2 bar - Pressure range: 1.2 to 2.4 bar.

  • The S-LINE bead profile working offers better dynamic properties at reduced pressure. It guarantees durability under extreme conditions: high and highly variable loads.

Soil care

Maximum protection

  • Low soil compaction, due to a larger footprint, contact surface up to 22% higher than standard tyre*. Reduces the time needed for the ground to regenerate.
  • Rear VF CFO technology - Front IF CFO technology.
* Result based on tests carried out internally by Bridgestone under the following conditions: Tyre load: 13.175 kg - Field conditions: 15 cyc (cyclic application) - Inflation pressure: 2.4 bar.

Load capacity

Very high capacity

  • On the road: increased load compared to a standard tyre at the same pressure.
  • In the field, up to 86% additional load:
    • IF CFO tyres carry 20% (IF) extra load and 55% (IF CFO) extra load compared to standard tyres.
    • VF CFO tyres carry 40% (VF) more load and 33% (VF CFO) more load than standard tyres.

The working conditions to benefit from the additional cyclic CFO loads are as follows: maximum speed of 15 km/h, maximum gradient of 20% and maximum distance of 1.5 km.

Reduction of operating costs

Increases productivity through

  • Better traction contributes to reducing work time and fuel consumption.
  • Better soil preservation to preserve soil fertility.
  • Acceptance of heavier loads on the road and in the field.

Self-cleaning

Improved tread design with asymmetric lugs.

Driving comfort and safety

Enhanced comfort and safety

  • Flexible sidewalls of the tyres, with VF and IF technology, absorb vibrations better and increase comfort in the cab even at 27 km/h!
  • Reinforced carcass to absorb heavy loads at reduced pressure.

Wear

Remarkable durability even in extreme conditions:

  • Extremely robust carcass, reinforced structure to increase load capacity and exclusive S-LINE bead profile to secure the tyre/rim connection.
  • Incorporates a wear-resistant component, including vegetable oils, as a replacement for some petroleum-based oils.

Damage resistance

Very high resistance

  • Reinforced carcass construction for increased strength

Fuel consumption

Contributes to reduce fuel consumption due to its much larger footprint which transmits power to the ground.

Return on investment

Optimum

Stability

Optimum stability even in extreme conditions
